BRAIN LIKE A SIEVE

I was at the gym, just getting started on the stepper. I had my iPod on, my water bottle close, I was just getting over the initial grumbling of my knees - you know, getting the juices warmed up, the groove going.

I started thinking about a blog post. Mapping it out in my mind. I was pleased with the idea. Then I thought I should focus on my music and get into my workout.

Now I am home in front of the computer and I cannot for the life of me remember what that great blog post was going to be about. Not a clue. Gone.

Sieve? That's my middle name. I walk into a room and forget what I went there for. I interrupt one task and go off on another tangent. It's getting worse. Age, menopause, or delayed ADD?

That happens to me too. I'll wake up in the middle of the night with a blog post idea, will spend 10 minutes or so planning it out word for word, and then won't remember any of it the next day.
