THANKSGIVING FOR A SMALL PLATE

It's a layer cake.  But it isn't dessert.  It's dinner!

The layers are made of turkey and stuffing. It's frosted with mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. The turkey is ground, and mixed with instant oatmeal. And the coupe de grace is — wait for it — a topping of mini marshmallows.

Think it's a good idea?  Get the recipe here.

I considered making something like that as a surprise for my son's birthday. But I didn't.

Oh that is just beyond disgusting. Blech.

Cake should always be just cake.

While part of me is intrigued, I don't think I'll be trying this.

Intriguing, but I think I'll pass.

Nope. Not for me at all!

So do you serve it hot or cold? (Can't imagine that it matters)

It would only be more disgusting if it were tofurky. Now that sounds truly nasty. I always want to say to vegetarians, c'mon, will one day of lean white meat hurt that much?
